I come to counseling by way of previous careers in the arts and in education and feel they all connect in interesting and beneficial ways. I have special training in EMDR and consider myself a trauma-informed generalist in this counseling practice which means I work with lots of different people on different issues with healthy respect for the impact of what has happened in the past to bring them to where they are now. There are so many different ways to approach counseling. I'm happy to work with you to find the best way to help you create the life you want.
